Default Timing Chain Broke

I've got a 2002 L100. The timing chain broke recently and I'm doing the repair myself. I've had the head reconditioned by a local machine shop and replaced the bent valves from pistons hitting the valves and the head is back on the car. I've hit a road bump though when it comes to degreeing the camshafts. I've tried to find a write-up about installing the camshafts and degreeing them but I've found nothing. Are there any complete write-ups in fixing a broken timing chain on these cars?

Also, what position should the camshafts be in when you tighten them down into the cylinder head? A full right up for the cam install would be extremely helpful. If there is such a write-up on this forum please link to it. Thanks for any help!

There may be some info around here but its difficult to catalog all the topics and put them in order. PM me an e-mail address that will accept large pdf's. There are 15 pages just for timing.
