Default NAPA's return policy

Hey, my car had the Belden plug wires on it when I got it so I don't know how long they've been on there. I'm chasing down a sputtering from 2500-3000 rpms while under load and was wondering would it be possible to get a new set in exchange for the ones I have now.

The car was in the family before I got it but there are no receipts. I'll try calling them tomorrow but wondering if I can save $30 on new wires.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

Highly doubt it. There used wires and you have no receipt. I wouldn't even try.

Get new plugs instead.

Sorry, didn't take your advice and called them instead. He said w/o a receipt it would be tough, but after a minute or so he said 'he'd take care of it'

He had asked when I bought them and I told him I didnt know that my brother had gotten them before I had the car.

I think I found a new store to do alot of my business with since AAP wont honor their warranty on rotors.

Got to love NAPA... . Since many are independant owners (at least ones that NAPA hasn't bought out around here), they understand what customer service means better than most other parts stores.

Unfortunately, you don't get all the bells and whistles that you do at some of the other folks (Murray O'Reallys, for example) - loaner tools, testing services, discount cards - but they are doing a very good job at being price competitive - and offer some of the best store-brands I've ever used (Belden and NAPA/Wix filters are good examples).

cool, I was surprised by this one that they had a whole shelf of Amsoil. Never seen or even knew they had that locally.
