help P0137, P0140
i have these codes keep popping up and its getting annoying what could be the cause
P0137- Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Low Voltage P0140-02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2) ... 1997 Sl2 447000km sold 1998 Sl2 278000km sold 2005 Vue 178000km current car

Crawl under and see if its connected. Those 2 codes would indicate its dead or disconnected.

i checked the connector its fine i even unpluged it to check for corosion everything is ok and i traced all the wires they are all ok too. so could this be a dead sensor? the light is on and of it keeps comming and going it gets annoying.

Dead is a likely bet. When you replace it buy a direct fit sensor. Denso will work well and is not incredibly expensive at RockAuto, http://www.rockauto.com/
Before spending $$ check the fuse, its the EGR fuse and check that the brown ground wires on the back of the block are connected. They are right above the starter under the #4 intake runner. You can see them from above.
