Yes. Swap over your current intake manifold with the throttlebody, vacuum lines, fuel rail and injectors still attached.
Also swap your current engines sensors over if they are in known good working order. ... Mike 1991 Turbo SL2 11.809 @ 116.488 mph www.differentracing.com Scrapped - Ver. 2.0 in the planning stages My other vehicles: www.cardomain.com/id/lowsaturn

Nope. DOHC's use a different transmisson. Similar block (different pistons) and different head. You will need a new PCM. ... Mike 1991 Turbo SL2 11.809 @ 116.488 mph www.differentracing.com Scrapped - Ver. 2.0 in the planning stages My other vehicles: www.cardomain.com/id/lowsaturn

I was going to get a 99 and swap the engine from my 02, but the guy had sold it already, I found a 2002 with damaged driver doors with a SOHC, but since i have a DOHC parts car, now want to convert that into a dual cam motor lol

What's wrong with your SL2?
If you have everything from your car you can make it work in the SL1. The car looks pretty fixable, the rear bumper cover is cracked but looks like you could just put a bunch of new clips in to get it attached again. Doors are cheap and easy to change.
