ects..all brass?
I have a 2002 sl-1 and am getting ready to replace the intake manifold gasket and the ECTS. I thought I had read in previous posts that it was recomended to replace the ECTS with an all metal one. I ordered a Delphi ECTS through Rockauto part#TS10193 thinking it was all metal ( it looket to be from the picture) but it turned out to be plastic at the connector end. Should I return this one and look for all metal or does it make much of a differance? Thanks

the connector end whould be plastic. it's the sensor (the end that is constantly in contact with coolant) end that needs to be brass.
... 1995 SL, manual, WAI 160,000 Doris (I'm Ben, the car is Doris) you can't mulch at those speeds man, that's too fast
