Window washers broke

The window washers quit working on my 08 Aura XE. Then I noticed that when I hit the washer button, that washer fluid was running out of the bottom of the car. Spent about an hour this evening fixing it. The hose barbs on the bottoms of both hood nozzles had broken off, and, the washer fluid was running out of the back of the hood pad and into the cowl air intake. GM picked a hell of a place to hide some cheap plastic. I had to take off the hood pad, and do a makeshift repair. If it does it again, guess I'll have to buy a new set of nozzles.

That is good you got it fixed and figured it out. I will have to remember the fix in case mine ever starts shooting washer fluid out from under the car, lol. I wonder if there are different nozzles that are heated so they wouldn't jam up with ice in the winter so much. That would be a huge upgrade.
