Blame the Board of Directors of Renault: Charles Goshn, and Louis Swichtzer.
We don't need no stinkin' French cars rebaged as Saturn...btw; did you know that Renault also has signed deals with Mahindra & Mahindra (India)? The more I read about Renault and it's underpinnings...Penske made the right decision. If Saturn would have been continued; it would have become a truly globalized amalgamation of parts in a car...with parts made and assembled from all over the globe. No reliability there. Saturns were True American cars. If they would have continued it would have become a "Global" Car.... ![]()
