Default 2004 saturn vue , ac/heat blower motor no power

anyone have this issue or a wire diagram for this model vue.

ac compressor is working fine, but the fan is not working , it started where it would stop every now and then and just start blowing , i have 14month old twin sons and need to get this resolved asap , any help appreciated. fuses and relays have power going to them, i read else where about a diode or resister in the ac switch itself but some of the symtoms i've heard described are not like what mine is doing, they halfway work on slower speeds, mine either works all speeds or not at all

Look closely at the fan wiring and trace it back to the connectors or ground and you'll find the problem, cooked main power or ground connections.

i still get the power light on the ac controls and if the vent is not on recirculate then i get cold air blown in from outside air, without the fan though. i will have to remove the blower motor i guess because i cannot see them after they run behind it, the ground wire on the blower motor is good as i used my meter to check for ground and power, power is not getting there , was hoping to find a schematic so i could see the route of where power would come from next. i havent pulled the ac switch apart to test for power there yet.

I've attached the schematic for a 05 Vue and your 04 should be similar, or identical.

You'll note the ground for the fan speed selector is provided by BLO relay in center console panel with ignition switch to RUN.

Power to motor is always present if the 40 amp blower fuse in the under-hood relay panel is good and orange power wire is not corroded, or otherwise open.

The motor will run at high-speed assuming: (1) ground path is valid, (2) high-speed section of switch is good, and (3) +12 is present at high-side of blower motor.
