The instructions state that it needs to be 75 degrees or more to install it. I tried using space heaters in my garage but only got it up to 45. How imperative is it to get it up to 75?
What do Saturn techs do in the winter for installation? Wei

A lot of times it's necessary to have the surfaces and adhesive warmed up to room temperature. Some glues cure via a chemical reaction that slows down or stops dead below a certain temperature.
As for Saturn techs doing winter installations, their service bay areas would be heated with industrial sized heaters. In high school I had a part-time job cleaning a smallish tranny shop and they had a couple of gas-fired heaters hanging from the ceiling. They did a great job of warming all the bays and bench areas to 65-70 F even in the dead of winter.
