this one is driving us crazy, the clutch wont bleed out but were having a problem finding the bleed port according to the dealer there's a 9mm bleeder screw some where on the slave/hydraulic line. we see a nipple with a rubber cap on the slave cyl but it doesn't have bleeder screw ( picture included)

there is a bleeder screw in an acess hole where the hydraulic line goes in the trans, if that doesnet work which half the time it dosent, youll have to use a mighty vac on the fluid resivoir that always does the trick

isn't the clutch fluid shared with the brake reservoir on the ion? if that's the case, can't you just bleed the brakes?

The bleeder is at the transmission where the line goes into the bell housing.
Better method is to vacuum bleed the system from the master. You do need a good air tight fitting do do this though. ... A lousy day in paradise is still a day in paradise.
