Ummmm ... I thought I was supposed to just be able to plug it in? Now they need to ensure it's "safe and convenient", the "infrastructure is ready", and that I'm aware?

How about EPRI gets the electric companies to give us a discount for charging during off-peak hours?

Sounds like I should by stock in electric companies since pricing is sure to go up now that there is a coalition... And we are already suffering brown outs during the summer.
