Default take off stalling

hey so i have a 98 saturn sl2 auto that has lately started stalling on takeoff in both forward and especially in reverse. once moving it is pretty much completely fine, or if you romp on the gas on takeoff it is alright as well. some recent notable problems ive had that may or may not be tied to it is it has been burning oil slowly, sometimes it hesitates between gears in shifting, and ocassionaly has a rough idle. recently ive replaced plugs, pcv valve, air filter, and it has recently new plug wires. it seems to run a little rich, so i tried resetting the pcm but that didnt really seem to change that problem either. any suggestions of solutions would be awesome.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

Look in the How-to library's first two posts about the engine coolant temperature sensor failures in S-series cars, all the way up until '01. Its a fast cheap fix that may be the cause of the rich running condition. Buy it anywhere unless you insist on genuine Saturn parts.

look at the plug wires at the coils. It MUST be from left to right 4-1 2-3
If you swap them it will stall on take off.
