2008 VUE 2.4L
Default Front End Alignment Off

BTW, I should post this... I purchased a brand new 2008 VUE. My Dad was an auto mechanic for over 45 years and one thing he did was front end alignment work. So I guess you can say, I'm in tune to such things.

Well, when I drove it home off the lot I realized that the steering wheel was not straight as I drove in a straight line. This was done on the highway where there is less crowning of the road. The car pulled to the left slightly, but noticeable.

I took it back to the Saturn dealership where they did find that it was out and fixed it of course free of charge.

So take the time to check you alignment, because over time you will cause excessive wear on your tires.

Thats been happening with new cars ...... well since they started building cars. So if you buy a new car, it would be a good idea to pay attention to every thing, and look everything over. Something may need to be fixed, replaced, or adjusted.

I agree, don't assume that everything is perfect off the lot or in delivery. Take the time to look and hear of what your car is doing. And then act on it. Don't wait because of not only the warrenty, but other damage that can happen as a result of the original problem.
