Good review--nice to read an article in which the author understands the benefit of mild hybrids, especially in a dedicated car rag. A few years ago, nobody thought of hybrids from an economic perspective, but that's changed in the light of near $4/gal gasoline, and the mild hybrids are the ones making the most sense.

I'm a little surprised, though, that the author didn't make any note of the test mileage at 20.1 mpg . Those figures are usually pretty lousy (typically includes rampant track flogging--not a hybrid's best side), but most reviewers would pounce on that...
