It appears that Saturn remains an orphan within GM. Clearly GM does NOT take Saturn or Jill L seriously.

Jill needs to hire me to fill whatever Saturn calls her chief aide position. I probably would not last long but I'll guarantee you they will hear what I say while I'm there.

Actually better than me she should bring in some of the most successful current Saturn sales consultants and some of the best former Saturn sales consultants who left to sell other brands. I have spoken to several of these people and they have excellent ideas about what is practically necessary to make the Saturn brand a more successful seller.
