Need Help!! How Do I Install An Aftermarket Tach?!!!

Can someone please help me into how i can wire my aftermarket tach up?

my factory tachometer shorted so I bought a new one...

Hooking it up to the power, ground and switch was no problem but... I can't seem to figure out how to tap into the tach signal!!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
