Mad 2002 VUE creaks and groans

My 2002 VUE with 3000 Kms. is already starting to show why we should not buy a "new" new vehicle. When I get from speeds from 0-10 kph, the front end creaks and groans on turns. I called my dealer, and they seemed not concerned what it could be, but like they already know. Also the indicators and radio fail to work on every start. I get going, have to stop, restart my truck, and then I can signal......getting annoying.

But for a family vehicle, it's handles pretty good in the mud and off-road.

There's a bulletin for an updated collar in the upper strut mount. Some struts have a light metal to metal contact causing creaks and groans. If this is the issue, it's not a safety issue just an annoyance. It's about a 2-3 hour repair at most.
As for the turn signals, I've seen a couple sticky lock cylinders. The key doesn't fully return to the on position from start. Usually if this occurs, the vehicle operates but accessories and turn signals don't. usually lubing the lock cylinder will take care of it

the sway bar links go bad. its a known issue. saturn is on the third design... the joints at each end of the link squeak like h*ll.
