Man, I love your VUE. If I would have ended up with one, it woulda been your twin. But I bought a Silverado.

Popp - A great looking VUE!

Did you have to strip them down to the raw aluminum for the powder coating?

I'm showing my age here, but if that VUE had flashing lights across the front and talked, it'd be the modern version of "Kitt" from the old TV show "Night Rider" (starring David Hasselhoff), lol!

Nicely done on "deblinging" the VUE, less shiny things to keep clean. That's the approach I took with my Harley Sportster 1200R, but alas it wasn't enough for me to keep it...

Glad I don't live somewhere that requires "winter" tires/wheels. But at least you're making the most of it.

Very nice!

Where did you find the lens covers for the corners and are those the Saturn ventshades? If they are, do they tuck under the sideview mirror plate?

I guess this is twenty question time, lol.

corners where painted black.......ventshades ARE ventshades by autoventshade, they stick on the outside of the window frame.

Cool man, good idea there. I wonder how much heavier they are now that they've been powder coated. Now if you could only find black (or maybe red!) lugs, that would complete it. Oh, and get those Nitto Red Stripe tires for summer!
