1996 SL2
Default Local Dealer has a 94 SL2

I can't recall mileage just yet and would have to do a thorough once over about 4 times or so......now assuming everything is in good shape is 2994.00 a good price?

The proper way to fix a S-Series automatic is to replace it with a 5spd O:)

1998 SL2
Default Re: Local Dealer has a 94 SL2

Last Dec. I payed 3500 for a 98 SL2 with 113,000 miles. Ive had to do a lot of work on it since then so I don't think I got a very good deal. I do like the car. To me it sounds over priced.

If it has less than 50k on it, maybe. If it has over 100k, dont pay more than 2k-2200. A 14 year old saturn doesnt retain value, and the dealer maybe has 800 in it.

Yeah, like others are saying, thats $2000 too much. Search craigslist.org. You can probably find a 2000 or 2001 for that much. We picked up a 1999 SC2 a little over a year ago for $1000. I dont think I paid $2994.00 for my last five or six running Saturns put together.
