Default Power sunroof shade

Now that summer has finally arrived in Ontario, I tried to use the shade for the rear sunroof, but only the posts(guides) moved, not the shade itself. Does anyone know if this is a do-it-yourself fix? Hate to pay $120/hr to have the dealer do it!

Did you ever have the sunroof drain work done? Sounds like they didn't put everything back together when they finished if you did.

You're right - I did get LOTS of work done on leaks in the roof. Let's let THEM pay for the fix! Thanks!

It sounds like the curtain end came off the sliders. If you will put the sliders at half way you cen grab the curtain in the middle with a pair of pliers and pull it out. Then grab it with your hand and roll the end bar over and insert each end into the sliders. It is a very simple fix.
