Will a 2001 DOHC S Series engine cradle/subframe fit my 2002 SL1 with a SOHC engine??

They tell me that my stepson really did a job on the front sway bar attach point of the front engine cradle and subframe and buckled it very badly, and subsequently it really can't be fixed. I can't find one locally in the scrapyards around here, but I found one that looks good on line with free shipping. It's from a 2001 S series. The ad also states that it comes from a car with a DOHC. I believe our car is a SOHC model. Our car is a 2002 SL1 with a manual transmission.

Will this subframe form a 2001 S DOHC fit our 2002 SL1 SOHC??

For 1994-2002, engine and transmission don't matter - any S series (coupe, wagon, sedan, auto/manual, SOHC/DOHC) is a direct swap, part #21013358

The "1" at the end of the model denotes that the car came from the factory with a SOHC engine.

Occasionally, the engines get swapped. this thread goes more into the differences (hopefully the pics show up)
