I got one, along with several other people here.

One thing to note is that you can use it at any Saturn Authorized Service Provider. It doesn't have to be the one listed in the email.

I would LOVE to get that. Although since I'm a Canadian displaced in the US, I doubt I will get anything. :-)

I have received two emails and a card in the mail. I'm taking my Astra in for her "free" oil change and tire rotation next week. I was just going to do it myself again, but even paying extra for Mobil 1 at the dealer, it will still cost less. I figure its free, the car is still under warranty, might as well take advantage of the "27-Point Vehicle Inspection." (Materials cost around $35 for DIY, for Mobil 1 and Napa Gold filter)

I plan to replace the radiator & hoses, water pump, thermostat and do an oil change on my SC2 this weekend, that will keep me entertained for a few hours. The radiator sprang a leak, the rest is just because I'll be in there. If they offered me "complimentary maintenance," I'd let them do it

I'll have to do extra driving this summer to take advantage of the 4 free oil changes. It would be nice if they weren't linked to a specific VIN though.

I got one of those last year. It ran out this month. Surprised to hear they are still doing it.

I only used it once because I basically parked my Astra for the last half of last year and drove the wife's Vue to keep the mileage on my Astra down.

Whoa, you have 47K on the car already? I just clocked in at 6206 miles earlier today.

Only 6200? How long have you owned it, or how much do you drive it? Ive had mine for almost 2 years, about to hit 25,000, a but much but its such a joy to drive it.

I used the first of my 4 free maintenance "coupons" yesterday and stated that I wanted Mobil 1 synthetic. I dropped my car off around 9:30 at the Chevy dealer which inherited most of the Saturn people. They called me around 1:30 to say it was done and that my total was $96.01! (he forgot about the coupon ) It ended up being $25.04 (with tax) which is what I expected for the price difference for synthetic. Basically, for what it would have cost me to buy 5qts of Mobil 1 at Wal-mart, I had a "professional" oil change, tire rotation, 27 point inspection and I assume they lubed up pivot points, plus a halfway decent car wash.

But, $71 for a basic "lube oil filter" and tire rotation? That is ridiculous.

I got this in the mail as well and just took my Astra in this past weekend for the first free service... and they lost one of my lug-nut covers while doing the tire rotation. And, of course, they had none in stock and had to order a new one.

They had a used Astra for sale on their lot and I asked if they could just take one off of that one and put it on mine and they said no, they weren't "allowed" to do that. So, I have to go back when it comes in...

I removed mine before I took the car over. I didn't want them scratching my wheels or losing them.
