Default Remote Key (Fob) not working after dead battery

Ok, so now I have the issue of my fob not working after my battery died. Does that get shut off along with everything else when your battery dies?? I dont have my owners manual and dont know where to get one online but Is there a way to reset the fob to make it work again? It was working fine before my battery died. The cars running fine now, but remote doesnt work!

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

I heard there was an online manual on the MySaturn website at one point. In my quest to find it, it looks like the MySaturn was converted into the GMOwnerCenter. But there was a section that has online manuals. I'm planning to bookmark this...could come in handy. But here are all the manuals for the Saturn lineup (you can sort by year):

I'm not sure what year you have, so I just picked 2008. Here is the direct link to the Online Owners Manual:

I didnt see any mention in the fob section about the it not working if the car battery dies and is replaced. i would check you fuses.

All you need is to do something called syncronisation agian and you will be good to g o keyless again. I cant get to the user manual right now but I will try to transcribe that section from it here for you in the morning sometime.
