Default Someone refresh my memory...

I'm going to look at a 95 SL1 very soon and I cannot remember if the new body style was in 95 or 96.....

I know the "new" interior was in 96 but that's not much of a help.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

It was 97. And it wasn't just the body. The floor pans are different as well, now being the same between the SL and SC.

For the SL model the gen 2 body started in 96. The interior of the 95 SL models have the newer gen 2 style. 1995 has the best of both with the gen 1 body and the gen 2 interior.

Oh sweet! Now I just have to hope that the person selling me this car gets the title issues taken care of.

I'd love to have a 95 SL project car.

Your memory on the body wouldn't be fuzzy if it was oh, say, Angelina Jolie. Hehe.
