Default Replacing PCM

Hey i have Saturn 1999 SL1 and i am a 100% sure the pcm is at fault. I was wondering if i could use this to read the pcm and then flash that onto a new pcm. &vxp=mtr

BTW this is my pcm:

Also as a side note its kinda of weird that the pcm is for 97 Saturn and not a 99.

Thanks for any advice or help
