Default Opel Corsa as Saturn?

I just listened to the Autoweek podcast from July 27th and a UK reporter mentioned that the new Corsa will not be sold in the US because it isn't designed to pass US crash tests. Apparently there will be a Korean designed subcompact coming in a five years time. The Korean design will be the GM subcompact/supermini for all markets. It's five or so years off so don't expect a true entry level Saturn for a while.
