Default lower or higher bypass oil filter which is better for sl1 95

Question Which bypass valve setting between these two filters is better for idle oil pressure on a 1995 sl1? I usuallly run my car at idle 1k to 2k rpm . What filter will offer the best lubrication at low speed travel between 30 -40 mph driving not fast .
filter #1 bypass 12psi
filter #2 bypass 9-12

Why in the world would you need the idle at 2000 rpm?
If a 5-speed, you are going to remove years off of the clutch and if automatic, its still not good having to hold the tranny back as if it were a wild horse straining at the bit.

My question is pertaining low idle oil pressure . Does the higher filter have more restriction than oem with a 9 - 12 ?

The filter element pressure drop is a function of oil viscosity and flow rate, the bypass setpoint has nothing to do with it. The bypass opens to bypass the filter element when the pressure drop across the element setpoint is exceeded. The 12# and 9#-12# specifications are functionally identical. The filter bypass should never open unless you insist in running gear oil or never change filters.
