Sent private messages not showing up in Sent folder

Sent private messages do not show up in Sent folder. Thus, I don't know if they were sent or not. I have used the private messaging function to send to the same user before, and the old messages from him still show in my inbox. Since the new message did not display in my Sent folder after sending, I tried to send it by responding to a previous thread in my inbox. That message also didn't display in my Sent folder. I tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn't make any difference.

That's a good guestion. Mine don't show up in sent folder either.

This webhost for SaturnFans intentionally did not create its P/M system to automatically save sent messages. In order to save a sent message we have to go to "Additional Options," just below the message field, and select "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder."

No wonder I didn't find it. It is not available to set except from the message itself meaning you have to remember to save it every time.

This is peculiar. There is a thread going on in the S series general forum on the same topic.

I'm pretty sure I did not change any settings - if so, by default, all my sent PMs are saved. I do not have to check the Save box each time I sent a PM.

After reading the other thread, I went in and unchecked the Save box. I then closed the tab out of Saturnfans, opened it again, and the Save box was still checked.
