Default Small coolant leak

I have a 2002 Saturn l300. There's a small coolant leak coming from this gasket and connector piece that comes from the engine block and has 3 hoses coming out of it. The lower radiator hose, a hose that goes to coolant reservoir, and a heater hose. The leak is from the gasket or connector. Does anyone know what the name of both the connector and gasket? Thank you

I am super grateful for you. You have no idea the lengths I went through to try and find that part. Thank you a ton!
