Default Ion Clunking somewhere between steering wheel and driver side tire

I have a strange clunking problem on my 06 Ion 2 that only appears going above about 60 mph, and only when going straight - any turn on the steering wheel and the constant clunking/vibrating stops right away.

Any ideas? I've had the tie end rods and sway bar replaced already.
