Default console

I don't remember who was asking about it, and i don't remember which thread it was under, but i took the armrest console off of my ION3 to see if the standard one was just hiding underneath it, and it is not.

the center console with storage and armrest is a replacement part for the standard center console without storage. I guess you could probably buy one.

but if you were wanting it to go away for racing reasons, as you indicated, then i can say that it's a really easy part to take off. two screws and pull. be careful not to mess up your parking brake housing, though, of course...
