Default Removing Door Trim on '97 SL2

I'm putting in an amp and subwoofer in my '97 SL2. I've already run the power wire through the firewall. I'd like to run the wiring underneath the inner door trim at the bottom but I'm not sure how to get it off without breaking it. There's no screws, so there must be clips inside, but I'm not sure which way to pull so that I don't break it. Lil' help!?

those are all pressure clips. you need to carefully pry them with a screwdriver. make sure it's warm where you're doing it or it will break real easy...

Do I want to try to pry them from the top or from the bottom? I tried to pry them off from the top and it felt like something was going to break.

you gotta work the screwdriver carefully about halfway thru, then slide it along the length until it runs into something. don't just put it at the top or bottom, it will break for sure. after i'd done it a few times, i could just work my fingers under the bottom and feel where those clips are and just pull straight out (towards the center of the car)...

Just got around to finishing this project today... finally got some nice weather. Thanks for the help, those clips are jerks. Probably never been off on my car, so I had to really rip them out, but they didn't break.
