Default Code P1101

Intake air flow system performance. The ECM detected that the actual air flow as measured from the MAF, SCIP and TP did not match the expect range for more then .5 seconds.

I am getting the check engine light and code P1101. Seems to come and go. Had it several months ago then went away. Got the CEL over the weekend then it went away yesterday. Came back today.

Is this something I need to be worried about? What is my risk factor?

Any ideas on a fix?

Clean your MAF meter with some MAF meter cleaner. It worked on my car twice, although I'm considering replacing it. I found them fairly cheap if purchased in bulk, so I might look at setting up a group buy.
