Default 2003 L200 rear brake conversion

I would like to convert my 2003 L200 rear brakes from drums to Discs, I know there are L series Saturns that have rear discs. I would like to know if anyone has done this conversion or if anyone can tell me what I would need to do it or where I can find a conversion kit?

I have the drums, and have never noticed any lack of braking from that end of the car. They seem to do an adequate job, even when the car is driven very hard on the track. Make sure your brake fluid is changed/renewed at least once every two years.
