Default fuel issue please help

my truck is currenly down and me and my wifes only other vehicle is a 2005 saturn vue 2.2lt 5sp, well the vue is starting to act up it idles fine but as soon as u start to get the rpms up the motor starts to cut out like its not getting fuel. the rpms dont jump so spark plugs are fine. its bogging out evry time u drive it. the check engine light came on so we had it read and no codes found,so i figured it was bad gas or fuel filter got a filter and went to find it no where to be found i was just wondering if any one had this problem before thanks

How many miles are on the little guy?

Fuel filter... inside the tank...

If you turn on the A/C, does it act any different at idle?

Check the picture in post #9 of the thread below to make sure of which light is on...

If it were mine I'd trace the harness for pre-cat O2 sensor back to first connector and unplug.

Its OK to drive like this for awhile as the ECM will revert to default fuel program.

If the stumble remains the next step is check fuel pressure.

If stumble goes away - replace the O2 sensor.

Missing under load could be so many things.

You could pull at least one plug to check condition.

See attachment for a list of possible suspects.

I'd be leaning towards ICM and/or coil pack. Should be a CEL stored, just gotta find a reader that can read it!
