Default Is "this" an OEM EGR Valve?

Would someone who knows more than I do look at this EGR valve and tell me if it's the bona fide real thing or an aftermarket? I'd be grateful.

That's the GM replacement, and as stated as close as you will get to the original Saturn valve.
