Power steering return line...
Trying to get the gunk out of my power steering reservoir...
I have used a turkey baster several times, the gunk returns...
So I am installing a filter in the return line, remove the hose from the reservoir, run to filter, then run back to reservoir...
What size is the return line running to the reservoir?
Filter bases to choose from, probably using a single left in 3/8 or 1/2...

Re: Power steering return line...
Having just replaced a power steering pump, I believe that return line at the pump inlet is 3/8" I.D. If you can get some actual hydraulic line, that would assure the integrity of the hose for the long haul.
