Ground Strap location?? 2001 SC2

I purchased a used 2001 SC2 and noticed one end of a ground strap not attached. On end is located near the shock tower next to the coolant bottle. The other end is not attached to anything. Could someone please check the location of the other end and let me know where to attach it.

it should go under one of the screws that hold the pcm in place, to ground the pcm (engine computer)

The PCM is located on the drivers side. This ground strap is on the passenger side (near the coolant bottle). It looks like the only place it can reach is near the engine mount.

Yup...strut tower to engine mount. I changed mine out for 4ga wire, you can see it in the attached pic or on my cardomain site (http://www.cardomain.com/id/vseven)
