Default Door wires

Old door wouldn’t roll down or up, got new door and forgot to unhook battery before cutting the wires. Hooked up the new door and the door still won’t roll down or up and now my power locks don’t work. Double checked all the wiring and the fuses and swapped out relays with used ones from the junk yard still nothing. What could it be? 1998 Saturn sl

Did you check the switches? Does it not work with both the central switch pod and the door switch? Is there power to the connector?
