Default 2008 Vue Greenline - replacing onstar block

Hello!

I purchased a new onstar box (from a 2009 Saturn Vue) to replace my current onstar module in my 2008 Vue Greenline.

I found the module, but I can't remove the seat because they hybrid battery is in the way (it is blockking access to the release latches).

Any ideas on what I can do? Is my only option to wrestle the onstar box out???

Thanks!!!

I don't doubt you know what you're seeing but I checked GM service manual which indicates VCIM (is this the onstar module) replacement is same for regular or GL Vue.

I will email the instructions if you PM an address.

I try to visit forum often but suggest you use private messages if in a rush (comes to cell) and include email address for extracts. I seldom check visitor messages so please don't use.
