P0010 code after oil change
I got a "complimentary" oil change from the dealership. Literally the first time I turn it on afterwards, the CEL is illuminated. The dealership clears the code, and explains that this happening right after the oil change is a coincidence.
A scan reveals the code p0010, or an issue with the Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit.
Guys and gals, why would this happen right after an oil change? Is this the fault of the dealership? The light appears to be off for now. Is further action required?
I'd appreciate any help! 2006 Saturn Ion3 2.4.
