I'm pretty sure my turn signal falls under the TSB 030842009 based on what I read in the boards. After taking my 2003 Ion-3 to Saturn a few months back for the issue, them giving me a new bulb and then it going out on the way home, coming on later in the day and now intermittently going out...I think I've made my case.
Anyway, I read the solution is to install a capacitor in the outlet wiring (?) to fix the interference with the accessory plugs. Does anyone know if this is something I can do on my own? Does anyone sell the capacitor needed and is there a place to get a good "how-to" on the procedure? Would be nice since it's out of warranty. ...how much does the work cost at a dealer? Bryce |
