Front end clunk

My Saturn has done this since I bought it, but it seems to be a touch worse lately - there is a clunking noise when driving over uneven surfaces (ie backing out of driveway, or driving on uneven grass etc.). When I say getting worse, I started hearing it driving down a fairly smooth road this weekend. It sounds like a popping/clunking noise and is definitely from the front end.

ball joints (part of lower control arm-- also check inner bushings)
tie rod ends
sway bar bushings
top strut mount plate

Our 1993 sl-1 has also done this since we bought it, does it everytime in our driveway as its a little rough..i checked the balljoints, tie rod ends, and strut and cant seem to fing anything! The wheels are both nice and tight with no play in any way..ball joints and tie rods tight..but yet you can here that damn clunking when going in and out of our gravel driveway..its a little uneven..dont here it on the road, just rougher areas..i cant figure it out..
