Question Window Fuse Blown Repeatedly

Let me first say that this car has been an excellent buy and has been trouble free until recently at 50K miles. Easy/fast oil changes and lots of power for a standard four. Much better than our VW.

The power window fuse keeps blowing and before I go chasing an electrical bug I wanted to find out if anyone else has had this problem. The search function is down so I am hoping someone out there knows of a common problem and an easy fix. The fuses are about 2 dollars a piece but this adds up fast and is only masking a potential nasty problem.

The first place I looked was around the door hing to see if there was a pinched wire but all seems to check out. No water, frayed ends, etc. I have the volt meter in hand and ready...hoping that it doesn't come down to that.

Thanks for any suggestions or help!

have you checked that all the wires/connections look good underneath the actual switches?

If you have an OHM Meter mak sure that there is no a broken wire in the Cir.
If there is then you will have to track it all the way to the fuse box. Sorry put that is the only to find out. If the cir.is not broken the any relay that in between pay be bad. start run the OBM meter from one sid to the other and make sure that the cir. is close then go from there.
