I called another shop, a dedicated alignment shop, about 30 miles from where I live, the owner scoffed at caster/camber kits and said "it ain't needed with that car." which is what I thought at first.

He's also going to charge me $82 to inspect my work and the frame/suspension in general and put that fee toward any service. Which I think is fair. Especially since I know for a fact it needs some professional service.

He also told me not to trust the printout from other shops because "no mechanic is going to tell his boss he just dropped a $2,000 precision alignment head".

I like this guy. He gave me no B.S.
