Default Replacement plugs for bottom of bumper

I am wondering where I can purchase replacement plugs, that hold the flange on the bottom of the bumper, to my 2008 saturn astra. It's dragging on the ground, and I don't want it to damage my bumper. Can they be bought at Canadian Tire, or are they special order?

I would just call your nearest GM dealers parts counter - likely you can have it within a couple days if its something they don't stock. Or if money is an issue you can try the wreckers.

For the time being can you MacGyver it together with something like zip ties or duct tape?

I had zip ties, but they don't last. I was able to grab some from Canadian tire, but have yet to put them in lol.
thanks
