Default Bottom Bumper Cover

Ok here's the deal, I got in my 1st accident ever back in early January, and now that wrestling is over I can work and make some $$ to get it fixed. SO I was wondering if the lower bumper cover off of a 95 SL2 will fit on my car? I believe thats the really open cover that looks a lot better than the more solid one on my 94 Sc1. Hey and if someone is parting out a 1gen satty, I'd love the pass side quarter pannel, and for sure the upper bumper cover =0).

~~Thanx
~Aleks

Front or rear? I am parting out a 93 SC2. The rear bumper is good, the front is not too good.

I might be wrong, but I don't see how an SL's bumber cover could fit on an SC, since the body styles are completely different I think you'd better get one from your own model. If you're on a budget, check some junk yards first -- you may find a totalled SC without front damage. New covers cost hundreds.

Yea I know there expensive, HENCE why I'm going to get one from a junk yard or from someone on here.

Comment #2 about the two having different body styles I said 1st GEN. They have the EXACT same front end and I saw a 1st gen SC1 w/ this more open bottom bumper 2day. So please read the 1st message b4 you make comments.

If your SC has the flip-style headlights, then no, they don't have the same front end. I don't recall the year the SC1's dropped those headlights, but I know the '94 SC2 still has them.

I guess you probably shouldn't be asking questions if you already know the answer.

I found out after I wrote this post thank you very much when I saw it on the street. Also Sc1s never had the pop ups.

The first few years did. I don't recall the exact dates, though. I think 1994 was the first year they were taken out.

I looked it up and you're right, the SC1's didn't appear until 1993, and they shared the same front end as the SL.

It's okay, I'm in a rotton mood anyway... makes for a good fight
