2009 Aura w/2.4 oil pan

Gents;
My boy's Aura with the 4 cylinder has started to leave numerous and ugly oil stains on my driveway. Looks like dear old dad will have to address this problem. Before I do any work I always do research but I can't seem to find any info on this straight forward procedure. Also, I cannot find a gasket......does it require RTV? One more thing, I looked under the car at the oil pan and because of the sub frame it looks to b quite a problem to remove....every repair on this auto has been anything but easy! Thanks for any help with the matter.

Been doing more reading but can only find info related to older autos with the 2.2 four cylinder engine. Some say to remove the timing cover. Some say to remove several mounts and exhaust pipe. Some even state to remove the engine! I hate to get into this then realize I can't continue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks gents
