You know, I've never looked twice at these marker lights... Are they just on with the running lights in factory configuration?

I'm assuming that all you did was change over the 12v running light source wire to the turn signal circuit wire in the headlight harness?

I replaced my tattered head liner. Got two yards of cloth and a can of spray glue from Walmart, removed all the handles and visors and the dome light and popped out those plastic pieces around the top (only broke one clip in the process!) got the rigid yellow part off the ceiling and out of the car. The liner was in such bad shape that the scrub brush I used to scrape the old glue off also scraped away the remaining pieces of liner like a cheese grater. I glued the new piece in place and put it back in and it looks a lot better! Not perfect, there are a few places where the glue didn't hold well, especially around the spots where there are contours in the yellow part, but a big improvement!

I am curious - what was the type of fabric and glue you used?

LOCTITE is an excellent product and the exact spray glue I used in recovering my headliner and visors earlier this year.

I really did do some crappy "good enough for the winter, maybe" exhaust work this weekend.

But nothing like the thing below (ran across it on reddit)

I just bought LED low beams for the $200 Buick. We did our first long trip in it last weekend (30 MPG!) and the lights were miserable. The new LEDs seem great. Got me thinking about upgrading the Saturns. What happens to the DRLs? Do the lights come on at low voltage? I was considering a mod to make the DRLs turn on the fog lights.

HA! I did a side-side test. The old Halogens made it HOT to the housing & hand in front!

The new LED's are nice & cool to the housing & hand in front.

Plus, the bulbs come with a cooling fan built-in.

On the Buick, yes. But if I change the S Series high beams to LEDs what happens to the DRLs? Or did you just do low beams?
