![]() Hey Guys,
I know very little about cars, but a friend of mine just changed out my radiator fan motor and switch. Now when I start up my car and the fan kicks on the coolant temp light and the service engine light both come on. My friend advised that I may have to reset the computer and was wondering if any of you guys could help in doing that. Thank you for any help you can provide.

![]() First question: what year is the car?
Oh, and when you say "when I start up my car and the fan kicks on", do you mean the fan kicks on right away? It shouldn't.

![]() If you are going to be changing the sensor, go to the saturn dealer and ask them for the part. While looking for the part their puter will display the location of the sensor in the car
